Bonus content! Here's little story written by inspired by the drawing above, have a nice read! I sure had :

"That Sugar Belle sure likes them apples. It would never cross my mind to make a bed out of them!" the orange farmer told her older brother. 
"Uh..... E-eeyup." he replied, stamming.
"Say... What about a cushion?" she asked him.
Mortified, he took a second to think what to say. "W-w-what do you m- Excuse me?"
"A cushion shaped like an apple." she told him.
"...... Uh.... what?" he retorted back, still confused.
"You know.... looking like an apple. Red, round and with a little stem?" she added with a genuine tone.
"Oh." he first said, until he realized finally what she meant. "Oh!"
"What you were thinking about?" she asked him.
"Uh.... E-exactly what you thought." he quickly replied, trying to cover his blush.
"Mmmm" she looked at him, while he began to sweat. "Now, if you excuse me, I'm going to ask Rarity for confectioning me one." she told him before leaving for the door. She stopped midway. "And another for Sugar Belle." she added.
"Huh? R-really?" the big pony said, surprised.
"Yep. And I'll ask her to add your cutie mark." she told with grin before walking through the door while he was flush.
"Oh boy"
