Weekly update

Well the title sounds ambitous. But not really much has happened this week ^^'

It was a busy week at work, and I will have another working day tomorrow, but thankfully it's a morning shift so I should be fine
As for the comic, I've mentioned, it will take a while to have anything to show to you kind folks, since I won't work on any final version until the scenarios for all the parts are polished enough, and all the panels are as well-thought as possible. So that may mean bit of hiatus from me, aside from some small entries here and there. On the bright side it may mean that the waiting periods before each part won't be as long as it was in some cases of "What goes around" miniseries, where each part was worked separetely on.

As for my other art projects, beside some sketch versions for comic I practice with the books I recenlty bought, and it really helped me to rediscover art and extend own skills, especially when it goes to cartoony style, sure I'm still learning the ropes and such, but there is big satisfaction in learning new stuff. That also may influence in my MLP themed artworks, as I'm figuring some tweaks to the way I draw ponies. Yeah changing things a bit, but I also like to think I'm getting better with each change that my style undergoes

Speaking of ponies, I had the chance to catch up with the mlp comics lately, and there isn't really much I can mention. I guess the current two-parter went into interesting conflict situation between the dwellers of Ponyville. The conflict escalated rather quickly especially between Rarity and AJ, as much as they are prone to have disagreements with each other the way it went felt rather abrupt to me, although the aftermath was quite interesting. Also I'm very curious about next story arc, with vampire ponies - Yup, the Flutterbat seem to return and the rest of mane 6 looks to go under transformation as well. This might be interesting.

More over on the pony front. How Do you feel about the permise of yesterday's episode? Kind of interesting, seeing the concept of "Map Episode" which seems to be this season's idea of "Key episode" from season 4, and this time only with Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash. As much as I am never crazy about RD, and Pinkie works on small to moderate doses for me, this may be great interaction episode between the two, it's been a while we had episode like that. And also the whole Griffon kingdom, may be cool place to see as well Also seeing the teaser clip I like how Twilight responded to all the awesome stuff she is about missing to see, which Pinkie and Dash probably won't give a buck about while being on their journey
