Seen EqG Friendship Games...is it me or the ending of the movie may spoil something about finale of season 5? When pony Twilight emerges from portal at the end of the movie she mentions something about time traveling...
The movie itself Overall? Ok I suppose, some nice moments, and not bad idea of using the alternate Twilight version, not to mention I liked the idea of reversed roles between Sunset and Twi. Naturally nothing that will change minds of people who dislike this particular branch of the franchise overall.

As for Made in Manehattan episode - well not as great as Rarity Investigates but it still prooved to be nice humours slice of life story with AJ and Rarity in focus as the two had some very amusing moments - no one's gonna commit a crime against fashion when Rare is around xD And funny how Twi was bored out of her mind in castle -is that what other princesses(eseses?) feel like to? Anyway good show
Also I guess I can share on how I rank them episodes personally so far:
1) Amending Fences ( ep 12 )
2) Make new friends but keep Discord ( ep 7)
3) Rarity Investigates! ( ep15 )
4) Cutie map (ep 1&2) - yup, started to rank two parters too - fourth place but still amazing open for season.
5) Castle Sweet Castle ( ep 3 )
6) Canterlot Boutique ( ep 14 )
7) Tank of Memories ( ep 5 )
8) Made in Manehattan ( ep 16 )

Merry Christmas + Some news
Hey folks, I hope you all have fun during the Holidays. I wish you all Merry Christmas and fun times during the New Year celebrations ;) Second thing is less optimistic. You see, at the beginning of the 2023 the tenement where I live will undergo a series of renovations, which will basically turn my flat into construction site. Because of that I need to make some heavy preperations so my stuff won't get damaged during that time. Due to that there's a big possiblity that I won't be active on DA or Twitter as I used to, and what's even worse, I probably won't be able to even work on any project during that time. How long it will take? No idea, probably things won't return to relatively normal state until april or may - at least that's what I'm hoping. So in case I won't be around, it means just that. Gotta say, it all feels pretty disheartening but there's nothing I can do about it. Ah well, See you later - whenever that may be :(

If you check on twitter, I'm sure you have stumbled upon this idea in some shape of form. Heck some time ago I did similar thing for Six Fanarts in general (twice). This time lets limit it down to MLP. Of course all races are valid option. So if there is any character to draw, let me know ;)

It's clear that Starlight will attempt to modify the past, probably the rainboom moment in order to stop them from becoming the elements of harmony. The movie's end scene seems to be a clear nod to this.
If you want more proof of this theory, the leaked episode list from way back showed that the finale is called the Cutie Remark which is a strong indicator for this theory. And if you want definitive proof, the synopsis for the final two episodes which was recently revealed is a dead giveaway:
"A vengeful Starlight Glimmer returns with a spell that could alter the history of Equestria forever." - S5E25
"The Mane Six struggle to stop Starlight's attempts to alter the past." - S5E26
