Made completely in Paint Tool Sai. Cool program, unfortunately, I was never good with BG so forgive me 
Seems like Dash doesn't have good approach to animals, or maybe the cub is just too indocile As for the big wolf-like animal and it's cub - I don't know what they suppose to be, didn't have any particular animal in mind while drawning them.
I guess soon i will be back with vectors, but this time it will be rather closer to my style than show's.
